Get DocumentReferences

A DocumentReference resource is used to refer to a document, clinical note, or other binary object. The DocumentReference resource can be used with any document format that has a recognized mime type.

Limitations

  • Not all documents in the source system are exposed
  • Only content mapped to DocumentReference is returned
  • Binary images are not consistently supported (imaging is typically available as reports only).
