Note

To opt into FHIR Services, your Intergy or Prime Suite system must be on a minimum version that changes annually. Check support article System Requirement (login required) for current requirements. If your version is below the minimum, you must update your software before onboarding.

Steps to opt in FHIR Services:

  • The practice admin should first check Information Service Requests on MyGreenway (under resources). If a request for FHIR Services already exists, review it and check the status before deciding if another request needs to be submitted. Duplicate requests that are not needed will be closed and the submitter emailed.
  • If the practice has not submitted a request, or a previous request was closed without being completed (possibly due to being below minimum versions, etc.) perform the steps below:
    • Navigate to records.greenwayhealth.com.
    • Select I’m a current client option.
    • Login using your MyGreenway login credentials.
    • Select Opt-in to FHIR Services from the dropdown.
    • Fill out the form completely.
      • If you are unsure of a specific value, reach out to Support or your Sales rep for assistance in finding the required values. Leaving part of the request blank may be closed without being completed, causing delays in the activation of FHIR Services for your practice.
      • For Intergy sites, the Site ID is your Intergy License number.
    • Submit the form.

Once FHIR Services are active, the submitter will be emailed notifying them of the completion. Please permit up to 15 days on average for this work; very large practices may take even longer. If the submitter/practice would like an update, they may add a comment to the Information Service Request (ISR) on MyGreenway; in general staff will reply to the comment within 48 business hours on the ISR itself.
