Options for Patients
Important
Patients who have appointments after May 10, 2024, should expect to view their data in FHIR. However, for those unable to do so, do the following:
- Reach out to your practice and have your provider create a mock visit to load your data
- If the practice is not able to add a mock visit (this can happen if you are deactivated, the practice refuses for an unspecified reason, etc.), you can request a copy of your record(s) at records.greenwayhealth.com, provided your provider uses the Intergy or Prime Suite EHR system.
